Shipping policy
1. Supply Chain
We work with verified manufacturers in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Orders to the EU may ship from local warehouses.
2. Order Processing
Estimated processing time: up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive confirmation with a tracking link.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Events such as severe weather, strikes, or high demand may cause delays.

4. Tracking
Sent via email once the package is shipped. You can also check it in your account.
5. Correct Address
Ensure your address is entered correctly. Returned packages may be:

6. Failed Deliveries
Carriers usually make one delivery attempt and hold the parcel at a pick-up point for 7–10 days. Unclaimed packages are returned.
7. Customs & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to VAT or customs fees. If this occurs, contact us — we’ll help resolve it.
8. Split Shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
