3. Accepted Reasons

3.1. Withdrawal / Change of Mind:

Within 30 calendar days of receipt. Product must:

  • Be in original packaging

  • Show no signs of use

  • Include all accessories

If approved, you will receive a return label valid for 7 days.

3.2. Manufacturing Defects:

Must be requested within 30 days. Does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

3.3. Product Damaged Upon Arrival:

Reject delivery or request immediate return. Attach photos of the damage.

3.4. Incorrect Product:

Must request exchange within 7 calendar days.

3.5. Inspection & Resolution:

Upon receipt, inspection occurs within 10 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued.

3.6. Proof:

You must attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

3.7. Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for choosing the correct model/color at purchase.

4. Refund Options

  • Store Credit: Voucher for the same value for future purchases.

  • Credit Card: Refund processed per issuer timelines (1–2 billing cycles).

  • Chargebacks: If payment is reversed after delivery, product return will be requested.

  • Bank Transfer: Refund within 10 business days to the original account.

  • Other Cases (Lost, Out of Stock): Processed within 5 business days.
